Saints' u/19 girls cricket team are the Noordvaal champions after defeating Nkowankowa Hub from Tzaneen by 3 wickets in the final in Pretoria on Saturday, 9 November
This first-time win is a major historic milestone in Saints' history and showcases how far we have come! We are now the best girls cricket team North of the Vaal River!
The win was set up by a brilliant bowling display to restrict the opposition to only 77/9 in 20 overs. It was a tense chase, but in the end, Siphumelele "Ice Tea" Duma kept her cool to hit the winning boundary with two balls to spare!
We honour our Heavenly Father who has blessed us with victory!
