Saints shine with golden performances

Saints Christian School’s Junior and Senior dance groups wowed the audience at the Gimmies Eisteddfod Gala Evening on Thursday, 2 May.

The Junior Hip-Hop and Senior Contemporary dance teams were invited to this prestigious event, which honoured the top performers out of over 2000 participants across Potchefstroom.

This included various schools and academies.

Saints’ dance teams were in a league of their own. The Junior Hip-Hop team achieved an A++ (94%) and the Senior Contemporary team an A+++ (98-100%).

The Senior Contemporary received gold medals for their outstanding performance.  

The Gimmies Eisteddfod focused on various cultural categories such as vocal, instrumental, drama, poetry, photography, dance and many more.
